It is common to think of Jesus as having died on the cross in our place, but he also lived 33 years before his death. The life he lived is just as important as the death he died. Both aspects are vital for the Christian life, for He both lived and died in our place.

We will explore the major events of Christ's life and ministry such as the birth narrative, his baptism, the temptations, sending out the disciples, the Transfiguration, his death, burial, resurrection, ascension and return. Special emphasis will include how the events fit with the Old Testament and the flow of Redemptive History. If you are looking for a better understanding of Christ as our Substitute and Victor, you are welcome to attend.
